Theme: Surgical Practice in South Sudan: Current Realities and Future Aspirations
The Association of Surgeons of South Sudan (ASOSS) is thrilled to announce its First Scientific Conference, taking place on November 7- 8, 2025, in Juba, South Sudan. This landmark event is more than just a gathering; it’s a unique opportunity to unite surgeons, surgical trainees, anesthetists, nurses, and allied health professionals. Together, we can foster collaboration and ignite discussions that will transform surgical care in South Sudan.
We invite you to submit abstracts for oral or poster presentations on a range of inspiring topics, including, but not limited to:

Submission Deadline: September 30, 2025
Notification of Acceptance: October 15, 2025
Guidelines for Abstract Submission:
Abstracts must be between 250-300 words.
Clearly include the title, authors, affiliations, and contact email.
Structure should include Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion.
Indicate whether your submission is for an oral or poster presentation.
All abstracts must be in English.
